Securely Pack Your Items
Place your Legacybox and any provided digital media into a sturdy shipping container, ensuring the prepaid label is clearly visible on the outside.
Receive Your Refund or Credit
After our quality assurance team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
